Unexpected token - Unknown error. F-000100007 (unable to change the syslog config)

Hello Community,

I am trying to delete from my configuration an audiocode sbc.

When trying to "Remove"t he device, I got a red box "cannot update the syslog config".

ANd trying only to delete the syslog collection (via "update"), I got the error in the subject.

I have no idea of what to do...

Does someone have an idea ?

Please open a Support Case with the following information:

• Irfax from the Managing Node and Node monitoring the AudioCodes SBC.
• Screen capture(s) of the error.
• The URL(s) from the screen captures.
