Unauthorized access of MQ objects For queue manager

Customer had upgraded to MQ version to 8.1 in NonStop.
They tried to monitor MQ collector but were getting  ”Unauthorized access of MQ objects For queue manager" ​​​​​​.

Customer was still running the old version of the collector.
How To Fix
Customer needed to run the OBEY command or manually reinstall by using the following:

RUN STOPPRG or turn off the IRMQSCOL via the Prognosis config

PURGE IRMQSCOL

FUP DUP IRMQ80, IRMQSCOL

FUP GIVE IRMQSCOL, 80,255

FUP SECURE IRMQSCOL, PROGID

Then restart Prognosis or turn around and reverse the setting on the Prognosis config and start the config.
