Prognosis does not automatically update IP addresses in its configurations. Try adding an offline subscriber with the new IP address. Keep mindful that "For Cisco v10.x and above, CUP clusters and subscribers cannot be added separately, CUP nodes are part of CUCM clusters." Depending on the version you would add the offline subscriber to the already configured CUP, OR to the already configured CUCM for v10.x and above. Se the relevant Online Help for details. It is a configuration needs doing through the Client.
Prognosis for Unified Communications > Cisco Unified Presence > Configuration > Prognosis Server Configuration > Using Windows Client > Adding an Offline Subscriber
or for CUCM for v10.x and above
Prognosis for Unified Communications > Cisco Unified Communications Manager > Configuration > Prognosis Server Configuration > Using Windows Client > Adding an Offline Subscriber (IMP)
