I am unable to load any files to resolved or new cases

I hope you are doing well.
Currently, we do have a technical issue on our case portal preventing uploading of files. With our personalised initial reply, our staff are alerting customer's to this and having the files sent via other means.
For US cases, this would be emailing irfaxes to support.usa@ir.com (AU= support@ir.com, EU= support.europe@ir.com)
We have our affected vendor working on the issue and hope to have this fixed soon.
