Unable to start Pathinsight Service

We are unable to start the IR pathinsight service , Please let me know how can troubleshoot and reslove this?

Hi Phani,

Can you send me your customer number to my email address? We will create a case to trouble shoot this error.

Common cause for this issue is the license has expired or the MAC address has changed on the server.
