Unable to export to Excel

Custom reports in the reportcenter starting yesterday suddenly would not exporting we get the message "Error producing excel spreadsheet from dashboard. please try again later. or contact your system administrator.'  I am the system administrator and have no idea why wwe are getting the message the report shows on the screen and i can export stock report. Any previos or curent reportill not export.

Hi Steven,

The export to Excel uses the POST request to send the data to web server, so you might check if your computer proxy settings allows the POST request.

I have seen thte error as well, but ONLY for a few particular mashups.  Most dashboards work fine.  A few larger ones don't.  Anyone encountereing this as well for some instances?
