Unable to delete database file

Details: This video describes an issue of unable remove old database from file explorer. When trying to delete the database you reveive the following error. 

Solution: 
The database is currently running in Prognosis. 
1. Open up Services and locate Prognosis service and stop the services.

2. Next go back to file explorer Prognosis\Server\Configuration directory and delete the database.

3. Start the Prognosis services back up.
