Hi Team,
Previously we used to get alerts when the remote node disconnects from the management node.
I can see in the prognosis web GUI that the threshold is configured but lately we are not receiving any alerts.
Attaching the threshold config screenshots.
Thanks,
Kashyap.

Hi @kashyap,
On the 'nodes to monitor' tab, it looks like a node group has been selected that's no longer recognised called "Prognosis Servers". This is showing greyed out with a yellow question mark, which indicates the node you're running it on doesn't have that configured.
You should be able to resolve this by either adding the missing node group back into the NODEGROUP configuration or you could select the nodes to monitor on that tab in he threshold itself.
Hopefully that helps, but let us know if you have further questions!
Regards,
Scott Clement
It is possible that the nodes you are expecting to be alarmed on are no longer showing up in the PCONNECT records or do not have "Manag" in the ManagingDirection field.
Start a display to show the PCONNECT records on the system that is suppose to be sending you notification to see if the nodes are still being reported. See attached 12.0 display.
