Specific dashboard access(Web portal) to particular set of users

Dear Team,

Can I configure a web user list for which I can provide an access of specific set of dashboards only. User can allow to see only few dashboards for which we grant a permission to them.

For example: We have WebDashboard1 , WebDashboard2, WebDashboard3 and WebDashboard4. We have user1, user2 and user3.

user1 and user2 should have access of only WebDashboard1 and WebDashboard2 dashboards and not WebDashboard3 and WebDashboard4.

Kindly help if we can configure this kind of setup.

Hello @TushR,

There is some ability to limit access to some Dashboards and to limit visability to a specific customer's devices on a per user/group basis via Role Based Security (RBS), but it is not granular to individual Dashboards.

If more granular limits are needed, please contact your Account Manager about how best to provide more functionality in limiting access based on specific users and specific Dashboards.
