Can you explain how "Server Availability Monitoring" works in Prognosis?
Solved! Go to Solution.
Server availability is very easy to set up and monitor. This feature is really vital to monitor system uptime, last known failure, and services and process status. You can see how this can be really useful especially on Nonstop environments that need to be up consistently.
In the video, I am using a Non-stop server as an example but you can do this on windows servers as well with the same availability configuration syntax.
Example:
AVAILABILITY Configuration:
TCPIP HOST ( IRFORE , 10.101.1.26 , 10 , SECONDS )
