During the Advanced Reporting setup, the rs.exe utility is copied from the SQL server (:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services\Shared Tools) to the Prognosis server and placed in the same location as the setupreports.bat. Solution;
Also copy the file called rs.exe.config from the same location as the rs.exe tool (:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services\Shared Tools) and paste into the same location on in the Prognosis files as the rs.exe.tool (\Prognosis\Server\Configuration\BigDataInsight\UC). re-run the setupreports.bat script.
