Hi all
I want to use the SNMP Trap receiver and have therefore copied the supplier MIB files into several folders and added these on the SNMP Trap configuration.
In the Monitoring MIB file dashbard I see now a huge amount of "Unresolved Trap Definitions".
Why do I have so much of these ?
Can I see in which MIB file these unresolved definitions are ?
Many thanks for your feedback
Steffen
Hi Steffen,
The error of Unresolved TRAP Definitions is likely caused by the MIB compilation issues. Please check the Prognosis Online Help SNMP trap manager troubleshooting section. The logs irstlog and irstlogx can help indetify which MIB is having the compilation problem.
If you need further assitance please log a support case with the detailed error messages, the irfax and the logs for our investigation.
Regards
David
