Can any one explain how route group alert logic works in prognosis. We are receving this alerts but not sure when we i checked in call manager the configuration remains gud. We just wants to know this alert triggers when call hits the .RG?Please brief this

Hello Phani,
That threshold generates an alert when querying the record CallmanagerRouteGroupShort, and when a 0 is returned for the field " OrderedRouteGroupStatus" on a given interval, the alert will be generated. 0 = down. Other values are 1 = Degraded, 2 = disabled, 3 = unknown, 4 = Up.
We query that record using Cisco SQL against the CM to get that value.
