Re: Report for last month is incomplete - is the source database full? - how to increase DB size lim

example of "Cisco Trunk Usage" web report with "Last Month" period shows it is only halg filling with data:

how-to-increase-DB-size-limit-when-web-reports-are-incomplete.png

Here is a short video on how to check and increase database size limit.

Steps in the Video:

1. get the DB name from URL

2. check % full through the Client

3. if database collection increase the size limit in Client

4. if it is a database summary (usually is for the longer time periods), increase size limit in the text file

rollupscheduletable.txt shows the text file name and file location

OR
5. If database summary AND Cisco it could be a file in a location like this:
C:\Prognosis\Server\Configuration\IPTM\Ccma\<ClusterName>\cma-database-day.pcmd

6. Modify the size limit

7. Wait for next scheduled update - if it is a "-day" database (gets updated once a day), then wait over night , then check that it has the new size limit through the Prognosis Client.
