Re: Replication Status is showing empty data

Hi Ven

Great to see you using the new 'Replication Status' recently added into Cisco Unity Connection All Servers dashboard. Being empty means that, with the way Prognosis is set up at the moment, it cannot obtain that data. Prognosis is either failing to connect, authenticate or using a non-Administrator with insufficient permissions for CLI and perfmon queries.

To re-apply current settings via the Web UI Prognosis Administration this should Help:

Prognosis for Unified Communications > Cisco Unity Connection > Configuration > Prognosis Server Configuration > Using Web Application > Configuration Updates

Please make sure to open a case with IR Support if you need any further assistance with it.
