Prornosis upgarde from 11.5 to 11.7

Could you please help me with the process flow on how to upgrade the prognosis from version 11.5 to 11.7?

What steps need to be taken into consideration before we start the upgrade process?

Hello Marshad,

There are upgrade instructions provided in Prognosis Online Help when the new Prognosis version is released.

As of now, Prognosis 11.7 has not yet been released. The release date is scheduled for the beginning of January, but this may change.

Typically, a specific patch version is needed on the current Prognosis instance to successfully upgrade to the newer version. The 11.7 Prognosis Online Help will likely have a similar menu structure to the 11.6 Online Help.

The menu path to the upgrade information in Prognosis 11.6 Online Help is: Prognosis 11.6 -> Deployment and Installation -> Installation -> Upgrade Installation of Prognosis.
 - The menu path will likely be similar in Prognosis 11.7 Online Help when it is published.
 - The Prognosis Online Help page with upgrade details will likely be named "How to Upgrade From Older Prognosis Versions"
