Hello Alain,

This "Internal program error - C++ New Failure" error usually indicates the system is runing low at resources eg CPU and Memory. Sometimes it can happen when a vulnarability scanner scans the server. 

To find out the cause of it on this server, we will need to review the irfax. Could you please log a support case with irfax for our support team to check?

Hi David,

Thanks for your reply. I watched the VM performance under the Task Manager and I noticed the Handles was very to hight. After rebooted the VM all works very find.
