To maximize user experience when accessing the Prognosis Cloud, the following pre-requisites are recommended:

  • An Internet connection with a minimum speed of 10Mbps
  • Chrome web browser highly recommended with a maximised window
  • Screen Resolution: 1920x1080 for desktops
  • Latest OS Windows or Mac
  • Enable pop-ups (required for when downloading agent files)
  • Enable javascript
