Obtaining updates for Path Insight

Hi community,

we have Path Insight v11.0 R11035 integrated into our self hosted Prognosis 12.0 deployment.

Path Insight install was provided by ir engineers performing setup back in the day.

From my perspective I can only obtain updates for prognosis but not for Path Insight.

Do I have to open a service request or is this handled over at https://www.pathsolutions.com/?

Hi @KKBGW,

All updates for Prognosis and Path Insight are through IR. If there is a specific issue to be addressed in Path Insight, please open an IR Support Case for individual attention.

I know Path Insight 12 is in the works, but the release date has not yet been set.
