Re: Not seeing data in Advanced Reporting

If you are not seeing any data when running reports there are a few items to confirm

- confirm the ETL job is running

-- if you have access to SQL Server Management Studio navigate to Server > SQL Server Agent > Jobs, then right click on the PrognosisBDI_UC_StartETL and select 'View History' you should see Green check marks if successful. If not contact support

- Confrim BigDataInsightUC databases are running in Prognosis

-- Open Prognosis and view the running databases, you should see up to 8 BigDataInsightUC databases running. if they are not running then you can start them up, if having issues contact support

- Confrim data is flowing from the monitoring node to the manager node

-- you can accomplish this by creating a live display using a record that you should be seeing data. if you have any issues with this contact support.
