This above video demonstrates how to reconnect to Path Insight after upgrading to PI V11.

 

When you upgrade to Path Insight V11 the connection protocol HTTPS, you need to chnage it back to HTTP to be able to connect. You can change the protocol back to HTTP using the Config Tool on the output tab.

Another item to add is that after making this modification, I was prompted that at least one role had to be configured to allow me to apply the http change.
