Root Cause: Your SMTP Email server in Dispatch Manager is not set or not reachable.     

Error: 2022-02-22 22:11:00 F-05172084 N/A IRAUTOAN 11.8.0 005020 - Command destination 'Dispatch Manager' not available on \PROGNOSIS01. Dispatch Manager; \PROGNOSIS01

Solution: Edit the DISPMAN Configuration on the affected Prognosis node, go to the 'Email' tab, and ensure the configured 'SMTP Server' is correctly set as per online help. It can be an IP or DNS value.

How to Resolve shown in Video:

- Log onto Prognosis Windows Thick Client

- Expand the node in the bottom left pane that it's complaining about

- Navigate to 'DISPMAN'

- Right Click>Properties

- Navigate to the EMAIL tab, then fill in the relevant info as shown below:
