KB00003362 - Prognosis License Error - The License entitlement has been exceeded. What to do?

Description: You are receiving a prognosis license error in the wvlog similar to one of the below examples: 

2017-01-05 13:08:00 00004047 liclimp 00594 IRNETRTR 10.2.0 015736 - The License entitlement has been exceeded. 14 days remaining before Web UI is disabled 
2017-01-05 13:08:00 00004047 liclimp 00602 IRNETRTR 10.2.0 015736 - The License entitlement has been exceeded. 28 days remaining before Prognosis is shutdown 
2017-01-05 13:08:59 00004047 liclimp 00312 IRNETRTR 10.2.0 015736 - The License entitlement has been exceeded. Current User licenses used (3918) exceeds entitled User licenses (3501). Please contact Integrated Research Support. 

Solution: 
1. If the license error is correct and you have exceeded your endpoint count and need to purchase more licenses, Contact your IR Account Manager immediately. 

2. If you believe you have not exceeded your license count, then please log a support case on the support portal (https://support.ir.com

Note: Please do not leave this till the license fully expires and locks you out of the product. Prognosis Web UI is disabled 14 days after a license entitlement breach is detected. Prognosis will automatically shut down 28 days after a license entitlement breach is detected.
