Illegal Address Trap - Access_Violation --> Process DLLCOLL is over restart limit

Hi,

we have a problem with Prognosis running on Windows Server 2012 R2 .

One with Prognosis 11.1 and one with Prognosis 11.3

Both with the same wvlog message:

IRDLLCOL - Illegal Address Trap - ACCESS_VIOLATION

and we run into the "process is over restart limit".

I try to fix it with a irclean full, but this was not the solution.

Also we have reinstall Prognosis on one server --> same issue!

Any other hint to solve this problem?

Thanks

Hi Swen,

Thank you for the query.

The error indicates the collector IRDLLCOL is crashing. We will need to investigate the issue by reviewing the irfax from the monitoring server. Could you please log a support case with the irfax?

Regards

David
