Hi there,
The 2 error messages below are being logged every 5 minutes on wvlog, on one of Managing Nodes(Windows server).
Does anyone know where can i find the config. file containing "CFileCollector" or "acLine" ? That way, we can try and check the file to see if we can correct the error.
Or if anybody can indicate a Prognosis guide or website that lists error messages or err. numbers (00004000, 00001050)..will take a look there..Thanks a lot.

Hi There,
I've seen a similar error resolved by irclean indicating that it was persistent file corruption. Instead of irclean, try a more targetted approach, targetted to the specific persistent files, and that way don't need to restart all the requesters. To do this, take an irfax for backup, stop Prognosis service, rename the persistent files for IRFILCOL, start Prognosis service and then see if that resolves the error. The persistent files to delete / rename for IRFILCOL are:
Prognosis\Server\Configuration\NTD*.DAT
Prognosis\Server\Configuration\NTF*.DAT
Prognosis\Server\Configuration\NTL*.DAT
Let us know how it goes, and if it fails to resolve then please make sure to reach out to the IR Support team through the Support Case Portal, we can help further there.

Thanks a lot GeraldC1. This info is very helpful. And thank you for specifying the persistent files to delete/rename.
The server is in Prod so it will take some time to get approval to implement this change. Thank you!
You're welcome. Let's see if that sorts it out.
