Re: How to restrict Visual Alarms to alert between certain time frame (e.g 7am-7pm) ?

This is an example to retrict Visual Alarm to alert between 7am -7pm.

STEP 1 : Define 3 user defined fields of “CurrentTime” “7am” and "7pm” with field type “Timestamp”, and mark them as invisible in the dashboard.

1. Right click on the display to select Properties

2. In the Data Field windows, click on “+” sign to add User Defiled Field

3. In User Defiled Field window (CurrentTime / META.USERDEF03)

b. Enter a description (e.g Current Time)

c. Build text by clicking “Calculated”

d. In the Calculated Field Definition, click Value -> Date Time -> CurrentTime
