How to resolve prodbash patching error

Currently running into a patching error and receiving the following error:

 

ERROR:   Script prodbash.pl in patch C:\Users\skx4798\AppData\Local\Temp\2\WZSE0.TMP\PATCHES\z1110p05-win.gz failed

ERROR:   Installation of patch z1110p05 (in file C:\Users\skx4798\AppData\Local\Temp\2\WZSE0.TMP\PATCHES\z1110p05-win.gz) failed. Attempting rollback

  1. Go to Catalog file under Prognosis/Patches/Catalog directory and remove any entries of irprdbsh.pdb and irprdbsh.exe.
  2. After removing lines, we made sure there were no gaps in the lines of the text file and saved the document.
  3. Run the patch installer again and let me know your results.
