Summary:
This short video shows how to move multiple rows in Data view of the document. This is helpful when more
than one field value is need to be viewed. This is also helpful when reviewing multiple field columns of data to compare and see side by side.
Solution:
1. Inside a display window right click and select Properties.
2. Under Data field name select the rows to be added to the top. This can be done by holding down the shift Key on the keyboard and
selecting multiple values.
3. Next select the Up or Down arrow icons on right side of window and click it to desired location.
4. Select OK.
