I've seen and have been asked some question's about migrating from one server to another. I have put together a step by step guide for this process. Follow the steps in the reply below.

In Document Navigator, navigate to the folder you placed into My Displays & Configurations from the old server. Double-click on the Thresholds and analysts to start them.
14. Under Databases select and right click on Databases section
15. Click on properties, and type in the exact name of the database (It is better to copy the file name and paste it in) into both “Name” and “Location” boxes
16. If you have the databases stored on a different drive than prognosis, copy the entire file path into the location field. Click OK.
17. Then click on the yellow c in the top toolbar for Prognosis
18. Then click start on the window that pops up.
