The above video is a demonstration how to manually start BigDataInsightUC databases using ircmd. The files are typically located in BigDataInsight\UC\PrognosisScripts\deployed. the command used is
..\ircmd.exe BigDataInsight\UC\PrognosisScripts\deployed\StartBigDataInsightUC_1Minb.dbc
here is the list of all databases that you would need to start when manually starting all databases
