How to increase alert count on "Closed Alerts"

Hello Team,

 

How to increase alerts count in closed alerts , as it is showing as default last 24 hours, As we are managing multiple customers , we need atleast 1 month of alerts.

You need to edit the display and manipulate the Where clause and the Limits tab to show more data and ensure you have the data handy.. such as for one month you probably need to utilize a Prognosis database in a replay display if you have a large number of alerts.

 

In your particular case with multiple customers, rather than manipulate the out of the box screens. I would suggest you make a copy of the Alert Central Folder and make your own variant of it.. then add to the drilldowns passing of the customer identifier in a #PROMPT and then add the #PROMPT to the where clause.
