Often times customers will run into a request time out error when using the default windows zip/extractor. This is mainly because the file size is too large and makes this method unreliable. Sometimes it will go all the way through but sometimes it will time out.
Support's recommendation is to use 7-zip. This is a very lightweight software that does not require an install. I have never had 7 zip fail once and customers tend to love it as well. You can download the 7-zip using the following link:
