How to change the default behavior of IRGUI to not select "Override default Event Text"?

Is there an IRGUI.ini setting to change the default behavior in Thresholds so it doesn't override the default event text set in the condition when adding a new destination. This is incredibly ineffecient to set it once and then have to go back and uncheck this for each destination.. we should only have to set the message text once and that should be the default behavior.. not the default behavior to not utilize the default behavior?

It does this on EVERY single destination tab except Availability where it makes you start over from scratch regardless.

As of 11.5p2 there is no IRGUI.ini setting to change this behavior that is documented.
