How to change the Home Button to UCC - Welcome

Resolution:

1. Start by opening up the Windows GUI or Thick Client

3. In the upper left pane of the GUI, navigate to the following folders:
4. Knowledge>Common>Command Store>Change GUI Home Page

6. Before changing it to the UCC Welcome, you first need to navigate again through the Knowledge folder>IP Telephony Manager>UCC - Welcome
7. Then right click on UCC - Welcome>select 'rename' so that you get the name, spaces, characters exactly right for the spelling

9. Copy that UCC - Welcome text and then scroll back up to Knowledge>Common>Command Store>Change GUI Home Page
10. Paste into Change GUI Home Page text field after double-clicking it and click 'continue'

12. It'll then pop this command prompt window:

14. Just click 'enter' or 'any key' like it says.  That window will disappear
15. Then clear X out of the Home Button screen, whichever it was before making the change so there's no 'Home Button' up and displaying.
16. Just click the Home Button again and it will show the new UCC - Welcome screen

**NOTE**

1. If for some reason it doesn't take, go to this directory: \Prognosis\User Interface
2. Open up the irgui.ini file
3. Go to this line: RestartDoc0=IP Telephony Manager\UCC - Welcome.dpy
4. As you can see, it says something totally different then what you put in the text field. It also has "\". 
5. Just delete IP Telephony Manager\   or whatever it has before the "\"
6. Save the file and try again
