The below video demonstrates how to add a new shortcut folder to the GUI. this folder can be a shared drive on the network or on any of the servers. The purpose of this is if you have several Prognosis nodes and you intend to use the same displays, configurations, thresholds or analysts then you only have to manage them in one location and they are available from all Prognosis nodes.
- In the Prognosis GUI, right click in the white area in the documents navigator
- Select “Add Shortcut…”
- Browse to the desired folder
- Select “OK”
- Now you should see the shortcut in the document navigator
