How long until a Prognosis Web UI session expires?

Is there an expiration / timeout period on Web UI sessions? I have noticed that when I leave a dashboard on the Web UI open for a while, it continues to update, but I am unable to use the export to excel function. I am wondering what the timeout period is for this.

When you can't export to excel, do you get redirected to login page? And after roughly how long you get the behavior? 20mins or few hours?

There is a timeout setting in web.config (Under <prognosis>\webui\iis\) where you configure the time out.

It is after an hour plus that I cannot Export to Excel. I do not get redirected to the log in page. Nothing happens when I click "Excel Export".
