There is a need to view only a specific set of extensions and their MOS data. How do I accomplish this?
Solved! Go to Solution.
This change can be done in the client. When viewing the Avaya Finished Voice Streams display, right click and view the properties in the details window. Here you can choose the Where Clause tab and make the follow edit at the end to the where clause adding:
AND EXTNSION IN {"<phone ext 1,phone ext 2"}
Add an open parenthesis at the beginning of the Where Clause and a close parenthesis at the end of the where clause.
See the screenshot below for an example.
*Note that the changes will not be saved automatically unless you use the save icon or do a File > Save. I would recommend creating a new display to save these changes to. Otherwise you won't have any data viewable for your other extensions when you need it.
