How do you Replay Avaya Calls?

Steps: 

1. Logon to the Web-UI
2. Primary Navigation Panel > PBXs 
3. Secondary Navigation Panel > Expand desired PBX
4. Scroll down and click on Calls 
5. Dashboard > locate Navigation buttons (top right) 
6. Drag Slider Bar to the Left to a desired starting position > or all the way over to the Left to Starting position of  Interval
7. Click on desired Navigation button (Fast Forward or Rewind - Previous or Next interval)

Note: Previous and Next Intervals require manual click; Fast Forward and Rewind are automatic operations.
