When I want to configure a new HA link why I often receive the error message below and how to fix it.

Node Query Error

• Failed to retrieve candidate nodes. Reason: Failed to get the Prognosis connection info. Failed to execute PQL statement, status: EPqlStatus_Timeout. Last error:

Hi @Alain ,

It appears there is connection issue between the servers and as such the PQL query failed to execute. To investigate the issue, could you please log a support case with the irfaxes from all servers ( top management server, HA active and passive) so that our support team can review?
