Graphs not populating in last week period but can be seen in this month period?

Hello Team,

The graphs are not populating in "Last week" period, but those graphs can be seen in "This month" period. This is happening across the cluster.

Please suggest us how to resolve this issue.

Depending on the report, that informnation could be populated by a database.  You would want to make sure the database is running.  You can tell which database to check as it is mentioned in the URL of the report.  It usually comes from the cluster database which will be named something like "0001d<clustername>".  You would want to make sure those databases are running.  There is a chance the database may not have been runing during those time periods or autosummarization not occurring as scheduled.

Hello SCOT ,

Verified the database found under the period for last week  "0001dBRAZCUCM"  which is running fine. Not sure why "last week " period is not showing any data , but when pulling the data of "this month" it is showing the last month date too.

Below is the URL on report dashboard
