Getting "Failed to stop Database process 26" error in wvlog

Question:  I am getting below error in wvlog, how to fix it?

Answer:  This databse process error has been resolved in the latest patch of each release of Prognosis (11.6 and above). Please download and install latest patch for the Prognosis running on the server. If you are on a lower version, please also upgrade to a full support release such as 11.9.
