We are looking to automate generation of reports for Skype for Business server and voice call stats. Is there a way this can be automated to have the reports emailed to us at a certain time every week?
Pages seen in the Web UI can be automatically emailed on a schedule using the "Web Mailer" Custom Solution.
If Prognosis Advanced Reporting is installed, reports can be setup in the Microsoft SQL server to be emailed on a desired schedule.

As Scott Baldwin mentioned Dashboard Mailer is the best solution for this currently for most customer and is run on the Prognosis WebUI Managing Node.
