Excel Error when trying to export in WebUI 11.7 Patch 1 & 2

There is an export function to export to Excel. This is a known issue with either Upgrading to 11.7 or installing 11.7.

The quick answer to this post is install 11.7 Patch 3.  Video and instructions are below

Details:

The issue/error occured in 11.7 P1 & 2 whether it was an upgrade to 11.7 or fresh install. When navigating to Key Displays/Mashups on the View Systems WebUI page>then selecting "Excel Export">the error below pops up then the page redirects back to the Key Displays/Mashups page

Solution Summary:

1. Log onto community.ir.com

2. Navigate to 'Software tab' at the top of the screen in the middle

3. Select 'Downloads'

4. Select 11.7 Installer & Patches

5. Scroll down to Prognosis Patches

6. Find Prognosis 11.7 Patch 3 (Installer) if it's a Windows Environment

7. Should be this: win.exe
