There is an export function to export to Excel. This is a known issue with either Upgrading to 11.7 or installing 11.7.

1. Log onto community.ir.com
2. Navigate to 'Software tab' at the top of the screen in the middle
3. Select 'Downloads'
4. Select 11.7 Installer & Patches
5. Scroll down to Prognosis Patches
6. Find Prognosis 11.7 Patch 3 (Installer) if it's a Windows Environment
7. Should be this: win.exe
