Download of 11.7 as .exe file blocked ! Is there another source as .zip file available

Hi

I want to doenload the newest 11.7 Prognosis for Windows but our network/firewall setting are not allow to download exe files. Is there another way possible ?

Hello Steffen,

The Prognosis Installer download is only in the form of a ZIP file containing EXE files. The best option is to request an exception to the firewall for the Prognosis Installer/ IR Community site. If this is not possible, then opening a Support case to discuss alternate options for downloading the Prognosis Installer is the next step.

Once the Support case is opened, the IR engineer can work with you to find the best way to provide the file.
