Does Prognosis support Cisco Prime Collaboration Provisioning & Cisco Prime Collaboration Deplyoment?

Hello Everyone,

I am looking whether Prognosis can monitor  Cisco Prime Collaboration Provisioning & Cisco Prime Collaboration Deplyoment. If yes, can someone let me know in detail or can I get any support/ documentation link.

Hello @Venkata,

Prognosis does not support Cisco Prime Collaboration Provisioning or Cisco Prime Collaboration Deployment natively.

Options:

• Using the AVAILABILITY configuration or Extended Solution "Remote Windows/Unix/Linux Monitoring"  are ways to monitor the Cisco Prime servers for basic information.

• Potentially, if the Cisco Prime server(s) will allow it, and Prognosis supports the OS, Prognosis could be installed on the server for additional monitoring.

• A Extended Solution might be able to be created and implemented by Professional Services to gather information from the server.

• Additional Licensing might be needed for any of the above options.

Please contact the Account Manager if any of the above items are desirable.
