Good question. Generally Prognosis should not need to use "administrator" Windows login and any normal user Windows login should be OK to login into Prognosis. However it does depend on how Prognosis is set up. Here are some pointers for how to manage it.
Authentication into Prognosis interfaces (Web UI, thick Client) is by a Windows login account. Prognosis passes the login request to the underlying Windows environment that the Prognosis server is in.

Note, after successful login authentication, there are Access control mechanisms.
