We migrated Prognosis Version 11.6.0 to new servers with a different IP address. We could not connect to the host due to a missing entry in the configuration to allow the new IP address. We tried from different servers with different local users, and the error message about the disconnecting as restricted by ALLOW/DISALLOW was only sometime logged. So what could be the reason to log this error only sometimes?

I don't know of a simple answer as to why the ALLOW/DISALLOW messages are intermittent. This issue will need some log review and further troubleshooting.
