Diagrams

Hi there,

I'm trying to setup a statisic of successfull and failed calles with data from our callmanager.

I added two combines to the display - one for the successfull calls and one for the failed ones.

Then I changed the table to an "Column" chart - for one day this looks more or less fine.

1. Updating a single label

The data is displayed as I would expect it (two columns), but the labels are completly wrong. I did hope the combine names would be used as the label. I tried updating the labels, but changing one (Properties -> Data -> Custom Legend) results in changing both once.

2. Axis

The y axis is used for the amount of calls, that's fine as it is exactly what I want. The x axis though is empty. I would want it to be the date, but as the individual calls only have full timestpams (in this format YYYYMMDD-hh:mm:ss:ssssss) I'm not even sure if that's possible. Is there a way to get the weekly intervall to display 7x the successfull / failed bars (one for each day) instead of one set of bars (which are filled with data for 7 days)?

If you need any more information, let me know

Re: Diagrams

Hi @Torben-Lennartz,

I think what you're trying to is possible, but you might need to create two separate views so you can configure a separate label for each?

To see if it might be possible, I created a simple replay that uses the Trouble Shooting database with a replay interval of 1 day. I'm using two separate views to combine data from the NTPROCESS record. One for all processes that are < 4% busy and another for all processes that are > 3% busy. In the graph, I'm only displaying the aggregated memory usage for those groups of processes. I included two tabular windows that filter usign the same where clause, but those use a combine over the process name instead (just so I could check the totals in the column graph/chart).

This is a screen shot of my test replay document: Example DB Replay.jpgof the example I created:

I'll attach a copy of the replay document in case that's of any use. You may need to adjust the where clause if the processes on your test system, but hopefully this might point you in the right direction.

If you're still unable to get the result you're after, it might be easier if you can submit a support case and include a copy of your replay document (along with the explanation in this post that outlines what you're trying to achieve) and we can take a closer look and determine if it's possible.

Regards,

Scott

Thanks, I only had one view. Adding a second solved all issues I had.
