Could someone let me know if there is a guide for Prognosis API.

There are a couple different APIs but I assume you are meaning the Rest API. 

This can be found here: https://help.prognosis.com/prognosis/118/reference-guide/application-development-interface/prognosis...

It does require you have knowledge of PQL (also in the help).

In 11.4 it was there just not as robust or as documented as in its Current Form.
