Database collector taking a long time to start

Has anyone had issues with database collectors taking a long time to start or long delays in Prognosis showing the collector's properties?  It's taking minutes for the collector properties to appear and sometimes I never get a message saying the collector started.

Any suggestions on what to check would be appreciated.

Hi Chris,

Does this problem happen on one particular database or it happens on all database collections? Is the database document created on the same version of Prognosis as the Prognosis Client?

Try to create a new simple database collection and start it up to see if it can run normally. 

I'd suggest log a support case and attach the irfax and database collection document for our review.
